The Sales Function — a strategic part of any business because selling means growing — is responsible for dealing with customers, from the getting-to-know-you phase to the negotiation, all the way through to after sales, and has the delicate task of establishing a profitable customer relationship grounded in collaboration and mutual satisfaction. Working within the function we have the Sales team — who handle new business and keep up relations with existing customers — and the Project Managers, who coordinate current projects, produce quotes, handle the sending of samples, and manage order progress.
