As it does every year, Pantone, a global authority on colors, has announced the 'color of the year,' and for 2025 the chosen hue is Mocha Mousse. 

The 'Pantone Color of the Year' is not simply a prediction of the hue that will most influence the next 12 months, but also an attempt to capture the trends and mood of the moment.

PANTONE Mocha Mousse 17-1230 is a warm shade of brown imbued with an innate richness that nurtures with its suggestion of the delicious quality of cocoa, chocolate and coffee. It represents a reminder of roots and nature, aiming to promote an authentic connection with the earth and the essentials of life. The color choice emphasizes the urgency of 

re-establishing a deep connection with the natural environment, enhancing the authenticity and harmony between the needs of modernity and the eternal beauty of the natural world.

PANTONE 17-1230 Mocha Mousse is described as “an evocative brown, transporting our senses into pleasure and inspiring goodness. A warm and intense shade of brown that appeals to our desire for comfort.”
